I thoroughly enjoyed its very very helpful and really friendly employees.

Everything was perfect, lovely location so close to the old centre of Alkmaar and the Netherlands and the Alkmaar nightlife, extra special experience. The breakfast was great with a great selection of healthy food. I was here for 4 days and will come back.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. One evening, we were craving some local cheese and the receptionist not only recommended a great nearby shop, but even offered to accompany us there, making it feel like a fun cheese expedition. It was like having a personal cheese sommelier!

Our stay here was very special, cozy base for exploring Alkmaar. There were multi-channel television, a refrigerator, and coffee and tea making facilities in the room, appreciated that. the staff was pretty friendly, they give us all the help. the hotel had perfect and fantastic location so close to the center of the Alkmaar nightlife and the centrum and the old centre of Alkmaar. the restaurant had HEALTHY food.

The room had a nice cozy vibe with a seating area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea from the electric kettle. The apartment had a private entrance, giving me a sense of privacy and freedom to come and go as I pleased. I loved having a cable TV in the apartment, it was great for unwinding and catching up on my favorite shows. The double room had a beautiful garden view, adding a touch of tranquility to my stay.

Personally, I found the dishwasher in the apartment unnecessary as I preferred to wash my dishes by hand. But others might find it convenient.
